initial consultation
During our conversation, we’ll talk through your vision, what you’re looking for in a coordinator, and how my service supports your day. You’ll be able to ask any questions, and we’ll see if we’re a good fit!
STEP 2
Booking
When you book with me, I will block off your entire day. My exact hours will be finalized closer to your wedding date once we determine your specific needs.
STEP 3
Questionnaire & Meeting
About one month before your wedding (or sooner if you choose), you'll receive a questionnaire to complete. It will include all of the important details I need to coordinate your day. The week of your wedding, we'll connect to review everything and make sure nothing is overlooked.
STEP 4
Wedding day
On your wedding day, you can truly relax and enjoy every moment while I bring your vision to life and keep everything running smoothly.
