Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer month of, partial planning, or full wedding planning services?

At this time, I only offer day-of coordination. My role is to bring your vision to life, ensure everything runs smoothly, and manage the details so your plans are executed exactly as you imagined. I’ll also serve as the main point of contact for vendors, guests, and the venue, allowing you to be fully present and enjoy your wedding day stress-free.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a wedding planner, month of coordinator, and day of coordinator?

Wedding Planner: Supports you throughout the entire planning process - from selecting your venue and vendors to designing décor and organizing all the details. They guide you from the beginning of planning all the way through the wedding day and also serve as the day-of coordinator.

Month-of Coordinator: Steps in during the final weeks before your wedding to help finalize plans. This often includes reviewing vendor details, creating and confirming the timeline, and tying together all final details. They also serve as the day-of coordinator to manage the event.

Day-of Coordinator: Focuses on executing the plans you’ve already made. On the wedding day, they ensure vendors arrive on time, assist with setup, manage the timeline, troubleshoot any last-minute issues, and keep everything running as smoothly as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a Day-of coordinator really necessary?

I truly can’t stress this enough - yes! Your wedding day is not the time for you to be fielding questions or solving problems. You’ve invested so much time, effort, and money into your big day, and you deserve to be fully present and enjoy every moment. By having a coordinator, you can relax while someone else serves as the main point of contact for vendors, guests, and the venue. Throughout the day, I’m handling countless behind-the-scenes details - answering vendor questions, managing the timeline, and resolving any issues that arise - many you'll never even know about :)

Frequently Asked Questions

If I have questions while wedding planning or need recommendations can i contact you?

Absolutely! You’ll have unlimited communication with me throughout the process. While I currently specialize in day-of coordination rather than full-service planning, I’m always happy to offer vendor recommendations, provide guidance on your timeline, answer questions, and help in any way I can along the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

what is the difference between a venue coordinator and a day of coordinator? Do I really need both?

A venue coordinator ensures the venue itself runs smoothly, while I make sure your day runs smoothly. Your venue coordinator's role typically focuses on things like making sure the bathrooms are stocked or handling issues with the facility. As your day-of coordinator, my focus is entirely on you - making sure everything flows according to plan and that you’re taken care of so you can relax and enjoy your day. Both roles are important, and you truly need both to create a seamless wedding day - one focused on the venue and one dedicated to you and your vision.

Frequently Asked Questions

why do you bring an assistant with you?

Having an assistant allows us to be in two places at once. For example, I may be at your ceremony site helping the photographer organize family photos and transporting décor that will be repurposed for your reception, while my assistant is at the reception space finalizing set-up, coordinating with vendors, answering questions, and ensuring everything is ready for your guests. This support is valuable even when the ceremony and reception are at the same location, as it allows us to manage multiple moving parts at the same time and keep your day running smoothly.
